Company Site Crashes

If you are playing on a computer: 

1. To improve performance, clear you browser's cache and cookies.
2. Make sure you are running the latest Flash driver on your browser.
3. You may also try using a different web browser. We recommended playing the game using Google Chrome.
4. Make sure your browser viewer setting is at 100%. If you zoom in, it causes the functions to be off center.
5. After trying these troubleshooting steps, relaunch the game.

If you are playing on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch: 

First, please make sure that you are running the latest game version by visiting your mobile app store. If you're not sure if you have the latest version, please click here for steps on how to update your apps. 

1. Press the home button two times quickly. You'll see small previews of your recently used apps.
2. Swipe your finger up on each of the apps you see to close them. Further help with this can be found here. 
3. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears. 
4. Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
5. After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.
6. Reopen the game and it will prompt you to reconnect to Facebook. If you had your game connected to Facebook, reconnect. 

We recommend you try these steps every once in a while to lower the frequency of the game crashing! If your game still crashes after you tried this for the first time, it may require that you close the app fully and turn it back on a second time.  

 

If you are playing on an Android or Kindle:

First, please make sure that you are running the latest game version by visiting your mobile app store. If you're not sure if you have the latest version, please click here for steps on how to update your apps.

1. Force quit the app and all other apps you have running in the background. If you don't know how to force quit an app, please check out these steps. 
2. Power off your device completely (don't just press the Power button!). This will probably require you to hold down your Power button and your Volume button at the same time, for several seconds. If you're not sure how to power off your device, please check out this link. 
3. Wait for 10 seconds and turn your device back on. 
4. Reopen the game and it will prompt you to reconnect to Facebook. If you had your game connected to Facebook, reconnect.
