How long does it take for complaints to be processed?
Complaints submitted via our request form are registered immediately.
If your complaint warrants a remittance (refund) it will be run through an approval process and typically completed with 1 business day.
Other Complaint types requiring follow-up are responded to within 24 hours.
You can see the progress of your complaints, remittance approvals and other notes here in the customer portal.
